Parents

Partnership
The development of a strong home-school link is central to our learning philosophy, enabling parents and teachers to work in an effective partnership to support pupils. We value our relationships with parents and work hard to build and maintain them.

Communication
We stay in close communication with parents using several means, including letters, emails, newsletters and a dedicated private Facebook page. We also have an open-door policy so that parents can speak with any member of staff quickly and easily.

Involvement
Parents are welcome to volunteer their time as classroom assistants or as extras on school trips. Our hope is that all parents will contribute in some way to the activity of our early years so that we can continue to enhance the home-school relationships.

PTA
Our PTA team is responsible for organising all fundraising events, such as cake sales and an annual summer fayre. All monies raised go towards the needs of the school. For more information, contact earlyyears@carmelchristianschool.org

Prospective Parents
We encourage all prospective parents to make an appointment to come and visit us at the school to see for themselves how we operate. Parents can contact us to arrange a visit.
