Return to School - 3 September 2020
Earlier this year, we were pleased to re-open our doors following the government's phased approach to re-opening schools (we were open from 1 June - 4 July 2020). Now, we are delighted to have all our children back with us.
Parents, please click here for information and guidance about the arrangements in place and the support available.
Risk Assessment
We have updated our risk assessment to take into account all the new guidance, and you can download it here.
Early Years Renovation
Over the summer, our Early Years setting benefitted from a much-needed facelift!
New flooring, new lights, and fresh paint on walls, doors and some furniture have transformed the place! Our little ones are already enjoying the bright and inviting environment, and we have places available for more children.

World Book Day
March 2020: The whole school took part in World Book Day on 5th March.
Everyone dressed as their favourite book characters (or came in their pyjamas) and shared from their favourite book.
They enjoyed learning about stories from different cultures, and the Juniors also made book animals!
Science Week 6-13 March
March 2020:
CCS had a great time taking part in some fun and informative science experiments for Science Week.
For the Junior class, that meant their tongues being turned blue!
What do you think it's all about?
Some of the children really got into the swing of things by dressing up as scientists.

Christmas Nativity
Dec 2019: Our annual Christmas play was another success, as the whole school joined together for 'The Maker's Manual'. Family and friends enjoyed the children's acting and musical skills.
Bath Aqua Glass - School Trip
Feb 2020: The Infants and Early Years visited a glass shop in Bath to watch glass blowing as part of their 'materials' project.
